If you're leaving Toronto, we suggest taking the Airport Road way out of the city for a more pleasant drive. Supercoffee on Airport Road and Higher Grounds in Flesherton make for a great stop along the way. Winter tires are suggested to make your drive much easier in the winter and don’t forget to pack an emergency kit in your car, including extra gas (not that you’ll ever need it).

Make sure you fill up on gas for your return trip before you pass Shelburne, especially in the evening, as most gas stations close around 10pm. Gas in the area is much cheaper than in Toronto so plan wisely!

Arrive anytime during the day, but we suggest planning your drive for daylight. Take care driving on roads in the dark and watch out for deer and other wildlife in wooded and open areas.

When you go up Concession 6, look for a bright red mailbox and gates on the right, just past the conservation area.

When you reach the gate, go right and follow the signs to "Meadow Camp".

Closest town of Chesley is a 10-minute drive away, has a small grocery store, LCBO and a few hardware stores. Williamsford Pie Company is 15 minutes away and is located across the cozy Great Book Store. Both feature great coffee and local products. Most retail outlets tend to close early evening, so we suggest planning ahead.
